Weight Loss to Wellness....Join in the Journey!!
Trust yourself... Create the kind of self that you will be happy to live with all your life!
Our Weight Loss Program
Our program is very cost effective.
Our program is a partial meal replacement program which provides the right amount of high quality protein and other nutrients while restricting the carbohydrates in your diet.
It is a medically designed plan that results in fat loss while protecting your muscle mass.
Our weight loss coach will meet with dieters weekly to check their weight and blood pressure, answer their questions and provide them with a large variety of choices for their next weeks protein meals including entrees, different flavors of protein drinks and large variety of other choices and snacks.
Our weight loss coach is there to educate our dieters as well as be their cheerleader in making sure they are successful in reaching their weight loss goals.
Our weight loss maintenance phase gives dieters the tools they need for a life time of healthy eating.
When our plan is followed as outlined it will produce safe, comfortable, significant and rapid weight loss!
How the program works
We use a three phase weight loss protocol which helps stabilize the pancreas and blood sugar levels while burning fat and maintaining muscle mass and other lean tissues.
Each phase provides dieters with dietary protein from a range of lower fat choices, as well as a range of additional food choices including vegtables and fruits.
Vitamins, minerals and omega 3 fatty acids are also required. Drinking 64 oz of water a daily and walking 30-45 minutes a day are also part of the program.
Participants attend weekly clinic visits, will meet with their weight loss coach to review their progress, check weight, review their food journal and provide support and encouragement in their continued success.
Our goal is to help our dieters be successful with their weight loss and to create a mindfulness around eating, exercising and creating a healthy lifestyle.
